Wei grew up in China where she received her BSEE from Hefei University of Technology in 2000. She then came to the U.S. and earned an MSEE from the University of Alaska in Fairbanks in 2002. Her main areas of interest include ground penetrating radar and FDTD. She is working with Chi-Chih Chen.
