Educational info
Asimina Michalopoulou received the Dipl.–Ing. degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from the National Technical University of Athens (NTUA), Greece in 2006. She is currently a Ph.D. candidate student in School of Electrical and Computer Engineering of the same university and a doctoral scholar at the Mobile Communications Laboratory of the Institute of Informatics and Telecommunications of N.C.S.R. "Demokritos", Athens, Greece. She is a researcher in ACE2 Network of Excellence (2006-2007). She is currently a visiting scholar at ESL since February of 2008. She is also a member of the Technical Chamber of Greece.
Research interests
Her research interests include mainly wireless communications, smart antennas, MIMO systems and numerical methods in electromagnetics.
