Eugene grew up in Manlius, NY. He received his BSEE from the University of Rochester in 2000 and his MSEE from OSU in 2002. He worked for Raytheon in Marlborough, MA for 2 years before returning for his doctorate. His research interests involve transmission lines. He is working with Prof. Walton.
