Jeff Kula is currently pursuing his MS. He began working at ESL as an undergraduate over 3 years ago and he has worked with Chi-Chih Chen and John Volakis. His thesis involves fully understanding all of the design parameters of a small patch antenna; the final goal is to develop an algorithm for creating a successful design given a certain set of input criteria (and hopefully develop procedures fo miniaturization). He received a graduate fellowship from OSU. In whatever spare he has he coaches and/or plays on teams in Ultimate Frisbee.
